REQUESTING A COPY OF A REPORT
If you wish to obtain a copy of a police report, please call our office ahead of time at (636)583-2560 (8am - 4:30pm, M-F) or send in a request form. Please allow a minimum of 10 days from the initial incident to request the report. For ongoing investigations, it may take additional time for a case to be complete. If you happen to be listed as a suspect in the report, you must have your attorney subpoena the records unless the report is closed and approved status.
Once a report request has been submitted, you will be notified when the report is available for pickup. At the time of pick-up have a driver's license or State ID ready and a $5 cash processing fee for each report to be released.

FILING A REPORT
In case of an emergency, please call 911.
For non-emergency reports, call our office at (636)583-2560. Please inform the operator that you need to speak with dispatch to file a report. After speaking with dispatch, a deputy may make contact with you via phone or in person, depending on the circumstances.
